Flexible Engine Billing
Your Flexible Engine invoice is sent by email as a PDF document, to the invoice contact of your organization. See our invoice help page (FR link) to understand the content of this invoice.
If you need to analyze your billing consumption, several billing files (XLS or CSV format) are available in the "Invoices" section of your Cloud Customer Space. Search our FAQ page (FR link) to have more information about these files and how to retrieve them via a REST API.
Also Flexible Engine offers a budget alerting feature in the "My Budget" menu of the "Bills" section of your Cloud Customer Space :
- Monthly budget monitoring : for your domain, set a budget and receive alerts when this budget is reached within the current month
- Specific monitoring : for your domain, set a budget and receive alerts when this budget is reached over a period : either from a given date(month) or a given number of months
